SALES TERMS AND WARRANTY POLICIES
- New equipment carries
the manufacturer's standard warranty.
- Pre-owned or demonstration
equipment carries a Play It Again Sam,
Inc. 30 day warranty on both parts and
labor.
All pre-owned equipment is guaranteed to function
properly for its intended purpose within the
warranty period.
However, some features of pre-owned equipment may
not be fully functional.
In these instances, Play It Again Sam, Inc.
will state and guarantee the functional features
at the time of sale
while reserving the right to provide the
non-functional features on an "as-is" basis.
- All equipment may be
returned for a full refund within 7 days of
purchase.
Customers must contact Play It Again Sam, Inc.
prior to returning equipment and receive
authorization for a refund.
Equipment must be returned in original working and
cosmetic condition,
double-boxed with shipping pre-paid, and insured.
Play It Again Sam, Inc. will not accept COD
shipments.
